Old Haunts, New Rubber

post last updated: February 3rd, 2020

Today I was finally able to get out on some trails with Phat Phreddie.  I needed good stock images for this website and even tho it is Superbowl Sunday, the weather was perfect to head out.

This was also my first time loading up a fat tire bike on my Yakima Holdup Evo hitch rack and it worked out just fine.  I actually forgot my bike lock key at home so I had to drive home and back again.  But, it was worth it.

I am severely out of shape and the electric-assist is a godsend.  I was able to ride uphill and access a fire-road I would have never worked that hard to get to.  Very simple and easy round-trip and I look forward to many more trips out this way.
